Nem könnyű az érzéseinkről beszélni és Csernus szerint még magunknak is hazudunk róla, de ha mégis szeretnéd megfogalmazni és mit ad Isten épp angolul tennéd, íme némi segítség:

happy sad tired jealous scared

confused guilty nervous excited embarrassed

Az első gyakorlat mint mindig, ha nem ismersz egy szót, nézd meg mit jelent és alkoss vele egy mondatot. Lehet ez tő mondat is pl : Boldog vagyok. A lényeg, hogy használd.
